2. What we process and why

When you visit the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages to you and protect the site against abuse, technical connection data such as your IP address, browser and device details, the requested page and the time are processed briefly by our infrastructure provider. We do not use cookies or tracking tools for analytics, advertising or profiling, and the site has no forms.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie, nm_locale, only to remember your language (Turkish/English). It is kept for 12 months and is necessary for the site to work. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will then choose the language again on each visit.

Bookings and contact

When you reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process your name, phone number, email address, the content of your messages and your booking details (date, time, service and stylist preference) to schedule your appointment, answer your questions and stay in touch with you. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp (Meta) and are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Google Maps and links

The map in the contact section is embedded content provided by Google. When it loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and Google may process your IP address and cookie data under its own privacy policy. Links to Google reviews, directions, WhatsApp and social media take you to that service’s own site.

3. Legal grounds and collection

Your data is collected electronically: automatically when you visit the site, and from the information you give us when you contact us or book. We process it on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: it is directly necessary to set up or perform a contract (your booking and the service), it is needed to meet our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running the site securely and remembering your language, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

4. Transfers

We share your data only for the purposes above and only as far as needed: with Cloudflare for hosting and security, with WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, and with Google for the embedded map. These providers may store data on servers outside Turkey, so such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. We may disclose information to authorised public bodies when legally required. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

5. Retention

Booking and contact records are kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by law; after that they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Technical connection data is kept only briefly by our infrastructure provider.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad it is transferred to; to have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected; to have it deleted or destroyed under the conditions in the law; to have these actions notified to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
